LEWCO's Five Zone 24VDC 2.5 Inch Diameter Poly-V Driven Roller Conveyor System

LEWCO recently provided a tier two automotive supplier with a (5) zone 24VDC 2.5 Inch Diameter Poly V Driven Roller Conveyor line. The application requires shipping racks to be loaded on the entry end of the conveyor system. The racks are then indexed via lighted push buttons from zone to zone allowing operators to load various parts into the racks. If the push button is lit the zone will turn on and index one zone, if the push button isn't lit the conveyor will not run until the next zone is clear. The maximum rack weight on this system is 2500 lbs. The conveyors were able to be controlled without the use of a PLC to fit the customers needs by utilizing 24VDC zone accumulation cards.
